This video was helpful because like I have told you before, don’t have a whole lot of RDA experience. I have 2 interviews coming up this week so fingers crossed! Good luck on your new line, btw! 😊
I'd say keep doing awesome extracurriculars like that trip. Unique experiences will make an application really strong. Get all your shadowing hours in, volunteering hours in, and keep the grades high and you'll be a shoe in
Thanks man. Keep up the great videos, they give a great perspective on life in dental school. You make it seem very doable and not like the zombie lifestyle people make it out to be.
Yeah you have to meal prep, unless money ain't a thing and you can eat out all the time at healthy places. I always cook two big meals Sunday. One for all of my lunches and then dinners for about half the week. Then I only have to cook one more meal for the rest of the dinners at some point during the week
Do you think I can get into d school without a typical science degree? If I were to get my undergrad in psychology I would be able to continue my DA job throughout undergrad, thus gaining more experience and continuing to save money for the future. Do you know anyone in your class who has a degree in a non traditional subject who still got into dental school? Thanks!
Definitely. I think admissions committees really like seeing someone who is well rounded. So it can actually be a big plus for your application if you have a different background
How do you manage to stay fit in Dental School? Could you please share your fitness routine and how you balance it with your classes? Thank you in advance :)
Definitely. So right now during summer it's pretty easy because our class schedule is light, but during busy semesters I got right after lecture gets out and use it as my relax time before I go home and start my study grind for the night. I'll do a whole video on it soon. That's the gist though and it's what the majority of my classmates do as well!
Hey Trevor, I am a dental student at University of Toronto in Canada. Is there anyway I can collaborate with you on this project? I can advertise this initiative in our school

I don't know much about it. I've heard only good things though. Seems like a strong program
Hey man, I’m assuming you follow some sort of diet since you lift a lot. How do you find the time to cook meals in dental school, meal prep?

Trevor West DDS So would I need to supplement the extra science courses required to get in?
Yeah you still have to have all of the prerequisites for the schools you apply to
Ayee nice video as always Trevor!
Awessome video! What % of revenue go towards the non-profit? Just curious, keep up the good work!
