objectively, medical school is harder in all aspects. Entrance exam is harder and the road is longer.

So you're saying that after you graduate medical school you work 30 hours per day but after you graduate from dental school you work 36 hours per week 🤔

How difficult would you say getting into oral surgery is? I am going into junior year with a 3.98 in college and I got a 33 on the ACT in high school about to take DAT. Ive job shadowed an oral surgeon for over 100 hours and it seems pretty awesome. Do you think it's possible to want and plan to go into oral surgery or is that too futuristic and it'll happen if it happens? Do you think it's possible for me to get into oral surgery?

Please continue to post more about your path to oral surgery, my long term goal is to be an oral surgeon so it would be great to preview and see if I am truly interested

Ya know Columbia had 16 graduates get into an OMFS residency while OSU graduates didn't get into any. It's seems the selections are similar to federal judicial clerkships. They mostly come from the "top" schools while the mid tier schools send a few. It's so bogus.
