Favorite actor would have to be defined. Daisy, Uncle Jesse, Bo and Luke and Cooter and Enos and Roscoe were all my favorites in different ways respective to their characters. I didn’t have a father, so Uncle Jesse was perfect. And it helped when I had an uncle named Jesse as well. Cooter taught me to be loyal friend despite how hard it could be. Bo and Luke taught me to fight and stand for what you believe as well as to stand down and listen to the other side of things and take account. Roscoe was too funny, I laughed and still do when I think of his “freeze” or his “G G G G”! I loved and enjoyed the Dukes so very much. And Hogg for saying he never would have anything to do with drugs for the show. What wasn’t to love?
And were friends with everyone no matter where thier families originally came from and helped everyone they met even if they were a alien from outer space!

I never did like when they moved Knight Rider from Sunday nights to compete with The Dukes Of Hazzard because I was a fan of both shows. I wished that they had placed Knight Rider in the time slot of when Dallas was on or even Falcon Crest because then I could watch The Dukes Of Hazzard on Friday nights and then afterwards Knight Rider.

The Dodge Viper was a popular car in the early 90's due to a TV show that you can look up called Viper. It was interesting to watch. I liked the show, but unfortunately it did not catch on. It did go into syndication I believe and remember watching it in the mid to late 90's on the old USA Network before it was purchased by NBC and USA Network became the sister network to NBC.
James Best as Roscoe was my fave. They were all well casted though. Never saw the replacement guys. Lost touch. Barbara was beautiful then...a real babe!
You can't also forget Paul Romeo Picard who Executive Produced the show the Dukes of Hazzard. Who past away in 1994 of pancreatic cancer in Tuscany, Italy. Paul was the Executive producer for the show during the entire series from beginning to end. Paul Picard was 64 years old upon his death. He was the son of Romeo Picard and Irene Mineau and the grandson of Albert Nazaire Picard and Marie Sevigny born and raised in Rhode Island. He was the oldest son of his parents. Also Paul Picard is my 1st cousin twice removed since his uncle Leonard Georges Picard is my great grandfather. But I never was able to meet Paul Picard before he died since I never met any of my grandmother's 1st cousins during my lifetime. Since this side of the family never had any family reunions and my uncle Romeo Picard died long before my birth. But I would say that it would have been really cool if I could have met Paul Romeo Picard before he died. I never knew my great grandfather either since he to died before I was born as well. But I do have vividly remember my great grandmother his wife Viola Picard in memories growing up. My grandmother loved to brag about Paul Romeo Picard being her cousin all the time.
I never liked the duke boys replacements there cousins. My favorite characters had to be no less then the original duke boys themselves besides that it had to be Rosco P. Coltrane and my other favorite is crazy cooter coming at you! I almost forgot to include probably the best one and that one is good old UNCLE JESSE.
Possibly in the movie Moonrunners they were brothers and that is where the guy narrating the video got confused. I think I also informed Fact Verse when they did a video on Dick Sargent. I posted that Dick Sargent for a short time appeared as Sheriff Grady Byrd during the time when James Best was doing films with Burt Reynolds I believe it was.

I loved watching The Dukes Of Hazzard when it was on as a kid. I even watched it in reruns when it is allowed on TV before it was yanked off of TV LAND. I did not watch the series while Coy and Vance were on the show. I would always refer to them as the Fake Duke Boys. It did annoy me a little that they did not include Coy and Vance during the reunion films that aired in the late 90's and early 2000's on CBS. Shoot the writers of the show could have included Coy and Vance from time to time during the remaining years of the show if wanted to. I bought the complete series on DVD box set since no one wants to show The Dukes Of Hazzard in reruns. I wonder if they were not canceled due to the "Politically Correct Culture" if COZI TV would be airing them in reruns possibly?
