Great video, a few things I would like to add from my shadow work.
1. The brighter you light the darker your shadow.
2. Walk with your shadow but don’t let your shadow lead you.
Last, when the lights are off your shadow is still there teach it to turn on your lights.
i have the fear of being seen and heard..it all makes sense now!!!

I'm lonely from a decade. When I see happy families I only feel super happy & wish more for them. What's holding me bk from going for it subconsciously? Even shadow work of waiting for permission is healed.

You always end up making me feel at ease with myself instead of anxious. Lots of therapist can end up making us feel anxious like we haven’t done enough, but your words instead make me feel happy

To stop playing small, I am going to have to take ownership of my own safety net. I never looked at it that way before.

That part that really resonated with me is the part about "feeling safe not shining." I feel it would be too intense to be that free, confident, and outgoing. I always envy people with several tattoos, wild hair, and expressive clothing for that reason.

It's funny, I think a lot of people are low key interested in Tarot and curious about it. I say go for it! Maybe even post videos that the younger you would've wanted to see when you first started, and I think that will resonate with others that feel the same way.

my fear of being in my power is that I'll get taken to doctors again. I know that won't happen as I'm not 7 anymore with teachers telling my parents that there's something wrong with me.
It is impossible to find your purpose being around non supportive people. I had given up my dream of a business but found someone that has put many hours on hold just to listen. It has brought me back to feeling I could actually be a small success. But then my family has no interest in anything I do and I get dragged back into self doubt. I do feel like I am useless if I do not have a purpose so is it fear that takes in the positive but then accepts the negative as truth?😢

I believe this to be a true statement for me, However life like a diamond has many facets will shadow work bring iight to those subtle different areas? Like having security in knowledge in an area but in presence with some people mistakes are made.

It just occurred to me how all of us women are so brainwashed daily bombarded with not feeling enough instead of Embracing our Individuality
I literally have women make fun of me still laughing or making gestures
Even some men.
….when they see me do something I’ve done for years , working out on the beach. I’ve lived beach almost my whole life so it’s natural for me.
