We now sing our own lyrics to songs at our house. Our kids go from tantrum to laughing and we all end up singing. You guys bring so much fun and laughter to such tough times. It’s inspiring. The desperation to be 'cool,' to basically not feel like an outsider - a longstanding struggle for most, and it seems like it's starting younger and lasting longer. Gen x or Millennials? Cause as a Millennial (born in 88) we 100% were taught cursive, and I still use it today, and my younger brother (91) was also taught cursive.
I think it was around 2000 that it was starting to be phased out.
I know cursive and I'm 15 and my little sister is being taught it at school and she's 6 so maybe it's just America that stopped teaching it lol
