In Italy we add the m in between, for example if ff is fortissimo then fff is fortissimissimo and ffff is fortissimissimissimo and so on. Then of course the only real italian word is fortissimo so i suppose you can use the method you prefer to indicate sounds louder than fortissimo 😅
Is someone can get that fortissim... for... fordingens out of the orchestra it is Bychkov. (Honestly didn't think it was possible. You learn something new every day. Must be hard as a brassplayer)

Musicians I know often just say "triple forte", "quadruple forte" or "four fs" after fortissimo.

It is Semyon Bychkov. :)
What is the composition?
It's the first movement of Shostakovich's Symphony No. 4.
Thank you!

In Italian we say:
ff: fortissimo
fff: fortissimissimo
ffff: fortissimissimissimo
fffff: fortissimissimissimissimo
