You are truly a magician. I've been dealing with low back and hip pain on and off since donating marrow in May and I literally needed all 3 of these to finally feel some relief. Gonna keep doing these daily and hopefully get back to running once the pain is resolved
Hi doctor rowe when i do goblet sqauts with a dumbell, i get left knee pain. I tried them without weight and i still get the pain. It seems to be below the left kneecap. I am 60, never had knee trouble or pain. I have an ace knee support. calms down after a couple days of not doing those movements. thank you!
I'm posting this for anyone who is not getting relief from pain no matter what exercises they do. STOP ingesting any caffeine. No coffee, chocolate, tea etc. for at least a week and see if your pain goes away. If / when it does try reintroducing the caffeine and see if the pain comes back. You may have to give it up forever. Hope this helps someone it helped me greatly with decades of back pain.
please make a video on angle of mandible pain , i feel like something is stuck there. also I feel tightness at left side below the jaw till collarbone, moreover I have pain at the base of skull, i have been to many doctors and taken a lot of pills but nothing works, it's been more than 1.5 years, it has ruined my life please help me. ( i saw a video where they said to do some exercises focussing on platysma muscles and it made everything 10x worse 😭)
