The lights are the icing on the cake! It’s worth the extra effort of drilling the holes & running the wires before it’s bolted to the ceiling. You’re gonna love them!
Your video was the only one on UA-cam able to give us some intel & encouragement on our Food Truck set up. We hired some people who said they knew what they were doing & seemed creditable, they ended up running off w our money & our truck needs to be finished by the end of the week LOL fml. Any tips for people who don't know wtf they're doing 😂❤
I would just say research, research, research. No matter if you’re gonna pay someone or DIY it. Be very very cautious with people that “seem” credible. I don’t trust ANYONE!
Amazing :) I have a food tralier but got discouraged to do it myself but this gives me hope to do it myself I have questions abt the electricity do you have a material list?
I just bought a FedEx truck here in Atlanta a few days ago the same as yours with a minor difference in the back, I'd love to get with you to get some help on a few things, I'm also converting it to a food truck. Is there an email I can reach you at?
First of all, where did you find a fed EX truck in Atlanta? Bc I was looking for 7months for my truck, & Finally found one in Tennessee. And yes I can answer most questions here in the comments bc the notifications come straight to my phone, or you can DM me on Instagram @_hobbymommy link on my UA-cam home page.
I paid $1800 it is the 8ft long hood from hood Mart through Amazon. I bought it a year ago, the price has gone up now though. I’ll put the link in the description.
I'll give it to you, you are doing more than most. Your electrical needs help. You passed the wires through a metal hole with out a grommet. With the way food trucks move, you run the risk of the wire getting cut into while in motion. Also, you used tape. Tape is ok for 12volt but not 120. I hope you're doing great in the food business.
@@ronkegley6591 I appreciate your feedback, but I am not an electrician at all. I did have a certified electrician come & connect my fire suppression system to my circuit breaker box & he was impressed with my amateur wiring. On top of that the truck passed the fire inspection & the safety inspection. So I did a great job for an amateur! Stay tuned for new videos & always thank you for watching & commenting!
Hey its fine I wanted to chat not send text back and forth on here since we both live in the same place and pitch ideas. Maybe I could be of help to you as well and vice versa. I'd rather not have to wait for a reply here its simpler to just talk. But I'm good, you enjoy your journey. Thank you.
Hey I sent you a message on Instagram with my number give me a ring to go over the details of your build, so I can pitch ideas, I'm ordering my hood from hood mart in 2 days and I'd like to ask you a few questions. Thanks, I'm Chase the one that got the FedEx truck 20ft here in Atlanta

Yes it’s only about 150 feet of Romex 12/2, outlets & a circuit breaker box
You the best woman
Thank you so much 😊
Are you screwing your bolts into the studs of the trailer?
Yes using a step bit, it took about 15-20 min to drill each hole. But that’s bc the studs are made out of steel.
Stainless is no joke
