They are legal in NSW, the police just like to say they’re not. NSW firearms registry states “An imitation firearm does not include anything that is produced and identified as a children’s toy”. If you read any page on Tac Edges website they state they are toys in the disclaimer.
@@Jakefrc I know they are legal in nsw I hate nsw cops they ban everything they want to this state in to a nanny state but I Lest I own Lever actions and ww2 rifles if nsw cops say I can’t own them I will fight them in court they aren’t taking my firearms away especially my original 73 carbine my pops gave me that before he died but a gun license for a toy what’s next a gun license to play shooter games only problem is nsw cops see children’s toys as real firearms
