Many years ago when we had semi auto rifles I made a hoper catcher to capture the ejecting cases and that would funnel them in to a bag under the weapon. This would save the oring seals on the cases from contamination by falling onto the dirt
To get more accurate chrono results of gas guns, back the muzzle about 150mm away so the cold gas blast from the muzzle doesn't effect the chronos pickup sensors.

999.9 FPS On the chrono means over 1000FPS! I love it! Bloody power mate! But how does tactical edges FPS show lower? I’m wondering if they downplay it so it’s around the ~300-400 ( just for silly restriction laws )

If these had an internal magazine for the gels I'd be all over it. The ejecting shells are a cool feature but not really field friendly. I'm hoping to see more WW2 era stuff hit the market. Good to the SMLE on offer too.
You should have put least 3clips through Jon of those reading are right. Maybe clipped the chrono? Tho your chronograph should also be set to your gel size and weight last check aka is 7.1mm - 0.19g bro💪. Nice review tho man I really want one. BTW there nothing wrong with the chronograph 👌
Cant help notice that the bolt design is the same as the spring powered Hanke KAR98. Cause essentially if you have an existing Hanke KAR98 and just change the bolt to this gas powered one. It will work the same?? Unsure...any comments?
Yes at x force tactical for under 600 bucks and u may be interest in the lee Enfield at m4a1 for $700 bucks also but run on green gas got similar range n power also...
No, The manufacturer made this for gel though they also make an airsoft version. I believe it has a 7.2mm barrel though I havn't removed it to measure, It likes ultras sized 7.0 - 7.2mm and breaks bigger gels frequently.

Also, if anyone else has one yet to unbox, and like myself, has not Guido's finger dexterity. Do yourself a favour and cut the ties from the back of the box so you don't scratch the 98k :)
450 - 470 using TF Ultra is what i'm getting also temperature dependent, Ultra gels 7.0 - 7.2mm also use them dry not wet for better consistent accuracy.

Your a 5 shot pony with the cartridge system. Also it seems that you would have to be constantly picking up you cartridges during and after a match. It would be superior to just have a mag holding gels. The reproduction is awesome to look at but it really is venturing too close to the workings of a real FA meaning the explody head snow flakes are going to cry about this. Internal mag of 5 shells +1 chambered (only 5 included). You catch them or manually grab them as they exit because they are aluminium and when they hit the hard concrete floor they dent and deform reducing their lifespan. They will eject out to the side if you let them.
Why the hell use a speed loader for single shot shells. U started to lose me after then. Also anyone that uses chronographs knows those 999.99 are incorrect. Maybe 400 or 500fps

This is actually an Airsoft, you can find the hop-up adjustment below the rear sight.
Gel blasters don't have built in hop ups. They don't work for gel.

The speed of sound is 1125fps. This blaster is around 400-500fps
