Unfortunately we don't have good data yet but that is coming, the car was turning laps equivalent to NASA's TT3 cars at this event at 1320lb comp weight and 145hp.
We would guess the average driver would turn a 2:29 on the spec Nankings and base setup.
With the car dialed in for the track and a good driver 2:25's would be reasonable.
Outside or the spec series allowing for Slicks, Aero with better L/D, Different Gear Ratio's.... the teens are definitely attainable with minimal effort.
