- All of the emergency services are expected to be filmed in public, i wondered what their area office would be like. To be fair, it wasn't a bad experience. I've edited a lot of people out of the video, as they left me alone. The police were called though! lovely chat with them and as you can see, it's perfectly legal to do what i did. If you don't like the law, lobby your MP to remove all camera's from mobile devices. As said at the end, I will be visiting their police station very soon, with a drone! I do take the feedback from viewers on board as well so please send and suggestions in. Thank you.

4. You talk to much the police. You start to give them grounds to detain you and take your details. Stop taking.
In a polite way, you deffo need to STFU as it wrecks the audit...let them do the talking and see how far they'll go in messing with your liberties.

When they acuse you of filming car REG Numbers Tell em straight away "YOUR NOT INTERESTED IF THE CAR HAS TAX or MOT" ...THAT'S THE ONLY INFO THE PUBLIC CAN GET FROM THE DVLA, the cops must think everybodies can get access to their POLICE COMPUTER FILES?
With the balaclava....
if you say you wear it for medical reasons....
that should be the end of it.
They have no right or reason to know your medical history, current or past.
I'd like to sea how they demand more information on that one.

As for drones.. I recommend the Dji Mini 4 Pro, or the Mini 3 Pro. All you need is an operator ID, which is around £11 per year.
You don’t need a flyers ID (yet) but it’s a good idea to get one. It’s a simple online, multiple choice test.and doesn’t cost anything. You don’t need to do this yet legally (you might in two years) but it’s a good idea to do it anyway.

Hi Steve, thanks for joining. I ended up buying the DJI mini 4K (cost was a huge factor, since this video i bought a go pro hero 12 as well as some extra storage etc so couldn't really invest too heavily on the drone as well). Have you checked out my latest video at Etal lane? "2 baldy coppas and a sweaty handshake". Got insurance, flyers ID and operator ID sorted as well. All suited and booted to test the skies around the area! Wanted to cover all legal possibilities, especially with how sneaky a small amount of officers can be, i don't want to be caught out. 1. You are not responsible for their GDPR, they are. So stop saying that.
2. You are on public property and with public access. They can’t just ask you to leave without a lawful reason. And even then, Trespass is a civil matter until becomes aggregated trespass. What you are doing does not reach that.
1. It’s not public property. It is managed in the collective interest by a constituted body.
2. The lawful reason is that he is trespassing, contrary to common law. That is a civil tort and they redress that by asking him to leave the land and / or using reasonable force to ensure he leaves the land.

3. You can record any car you like. Their number plates are public domain and do not belong them. They belong to the DVLA and can be removed from you, as folks with plates that can be offensive have found out !!!
So... Wear a burka and see how uncomfortable people get!

Several ambulance stations have had staff
private cars and motorbikes stolen while the staff are out serving the public including colleges of mine.
Stations are constantly targeted by thieves and vandals.
So please consider what effect your hobby has on others, just because you can doesn't mean you should.
Sounds like those sites need to improve their security.
Are you actually wearing an actual balaclava? I worry about that narrative if not.

Almost everyone is hard working. And almost everyone has to put up with the public. A lot of us day to day deal with abuse. A man with a dangerous camera shouldn't upset anyone.

The truth of the matter is the "public servants" are not happy about the Jesuit infiltrated "government" filming them with CCTV but they feel helpless against it and some of them(the cowardly ones) express their discontent by attacking fellow members of the public that are exercising their right to film in public(in their estimation an easier target to take their frustrations out on than the "beast" government).

why do People take offence to people filming, when they are filmed all day long whilst out in Public, and indeed lots of companies film their workers at work these days. No one is actually asked their permission and nobody batts an eyelid, but a lone cameraman sends them Crazy.
Ambulance driver you can’t ask for peoples names even if he had a black bin bag all over him, come on behave would you ask a Muslim to remove their mask🤷 only saying. Police did ask too many questions none of their business,they knew he was a audit but still questioned him, do you know you can’t fly over airport 20 miles daaaa Baldy behave, auditor is right this is 2024 more and more people are doing this get used to it I think it’s brilliant, the cheeky 🐄 asked for his details, more hate from the public 🚨🚨🚨 well done young man this was a good one

Always hold police to standard.
Politely inform them on BWC policy, hands in pockets, because, although you personally don't mind , some of your subscribers are retired police officer who will comment on it.
It establishes that they will not control the narrative from the first point of authority.
Count the " Obviouslys" - they are trying to establish that they know more than you , justifying their superiority.
