- "2 Baldy Coppas" - Quotation from 1 of the officers.
When i spoke to a couple of officers a few weeks ago i said to expect me at Etal Lane soon...... Safe to say, they weren't expecting me! Arrived on set, walked around the publicly accessible parts of the station then went above to see what else i could see. Quite a large station. Still getting used to this so please be kind. Give me a like, share, leave a comment, and sub if possible. If you don't like auditing/citizen journalism just move on, or better yet, make a UA-cam channel to raise awareness on how you want cameras in public banned. Thanks again guys. Catch you on the next flight (I want to emphasize you should only fly drones with the correct permissions and by following all CAA guidelines. Please fly responsibly and do not endanger others, aircraft, buildings or animals.) Fly safe!

Why are the police worried about Number Plates? we can only find out if the car is insured and Taxed.we can't get the details of the driver like the police can.
No - they don't want these clown frauditors
Not true. If you've got someone less than legitimate working in insurance. They can check things using the Open License system, for anti-fraud purposes. Which can include addresses, and occupation etc.
There are also instances of corruption within the DVLA, where people have been accessing systems for financial benefit, I.E dodgy characters pay someone on the inside to get an address etc.
As a member of the public, you can falsify a V888 form. Or as an illegitimate company, using a VQ3 form. Which It is an offence to unlawfully obtain personal data which is contrary to Section 55 of the Data Protection Act 1998, but it still happens.
you can if you sign up and pay for the full service
You can't find out if it's insured. Only tax & mot
@ianship5058 - 🤔My guess is that they are now totally reliant on technology, most are working on compiling their new ID-databases, knowing fully well that these WILL be hacked into, and all of it will end up accessible on the dark-web! ( already happened a few years ago, when the external company employed for printing their warrant-cards, etc. was hacked! ... remember? )
Etal Lane Police Station panning and construction date to 1997-2001 and property was the former Redewood School / Slatyford Comprehensive School. The cam car drove up to both gates various times. Street view 2016 shows 7 vehicles parked on the double yellow partially blocking the pavement at the west gate.
Great patience with the cops. 👍
Thanks for that, I thought I recognised the area. I've not been there since 79😀
Hello😊I love the information you give on other channels, so it's a lovely surprise to see you here!
Thanks for all your interesting comments 👍
Wrong school it was John Marley
Sound video, new subscriber here. Just a lately, I have noticed some police officers using what they call Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Act 2021, Schedule 9, in order to get details if you are suspected of flying a drone. It's only recently the cops have been using this. I just don't want you getting arrested pal. Good interaction with the coppers, they fished a bit but were pretty friendly
Schedule 9, Paragraph 2, in particular. They can use this to require the pilot to identify the operator.
Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 doesn't currently apply to sub 250g drones, as there is no competency requirement. You just need to read the instructions and fly safe.
I'm also a new subscriber and I agree; sound video!
Speccy is constantly fishing and looking for a reason to arrest. Definitely not to be trusted
Those two Fuzz weren't too bad to be fair. A bit clumsy in fumbling around for info, like.
Yeah they were ok , but they cant be trusted even if they are nice guys and mean well. You just cant trust a copper..
Tip for next time: put a piece black tape over 4 of the numbers of your operators ID (just like @northernaudits has)
@ardamsterdam1960: you are right that is incase an accident has occurred but besides that i myself would not put any information on the drone as it is a TOY
Just found the channel love the attitude and approach keep up the good work
Thank you. Welcome aboard!
Yup, me too.
Several shots of my house on this video! :) Living next to a copshop is no fun as the sirens are wailing day and night, it's like living in Beirut. Also the kennels out the back have dogs barking and howling all night, Good to see the cops twitching uncomfortably, Excellent audit! Thank you!
Thank you. I'm glad you liked it. That would do my head in mind, I'll visit them again 1 day to see if anything is different. ❤️
These are the guys who are too busy to show up when you get burgled!
I am a chippie, I keep on the top of my game, latest regs (laws), safety, tools, timbers imported and prices.
Why don't these two not understand PINAC?
There are nearly four and a half thousand pieces of general legislation in the UK, that figure does include some repealed. But in general as a country we have a significant law system, encompassing acts of Parliament, and common law.
It's absolutely impossible to understand all of those pieces of legislation, let alone be an expert. These two look like response coppers, or maybe a neighbourhood team. Their primary knowledge will be surrounding PACE, and use of force. Dealing with this type of situation will not be a daily occurrence.
Hence why you have solicitors who specialise in certain aspects of the law. Because specialising in all of them is essentially impossible.
Drone legislation, is quite a niche subject. Hence why forces are investing in specialist departments that not only Police it, but utilise the technology themselves. Or like they have specialist traffic teams who target road/vehicle crime, to investigatory teams that tackle fraud, cyber crime, exploitation and more.
The Police have, and do overstep the mark at times. And yes they've broken the law in use of force, or obtaining details through incorrectly using legislative powers. But ultimately the force is insured for that, and gross misconduct leads to sacking as we see in the papers.
Auditors or 'citizen journalists' who proactively target Police stations, and staff for the purposes of getting a reaction that oversteps said boundary, usually for monetary purposes are also niche. And thus the act of doing the above becomes suspicious. Hence why the Police will keep coming out to confront their behaviours because it's categorically not normal. Is it legal?, yes. Does everyone do it?, no.
It would be completely legal to stand outside a children's playground and record/take photos, bet you'd have an issue with that. As would most, especially parents. But it's legal, so are we going to encourage that?, I'd bet not.
big up the chip shop workers 😎

Fuck me , what a fishing trip those cops are on !
Google Earth shows more detail of that building, than a 1 minute fly over. Police join the Police to feel above the average person.
I'm sorry @lightscameraruction I have to disagree with you, their policy is to identify who they are and where they are based, they also must inform you their body cams were on. The only reason they treated you this professionally is because you were happy to hand them over identifying information. Your flyer id was recorded on cam they can obtain your id from that, your yt channel name, they can obtain your id from that.
I'd love to see you give them the silent treatment, see how that pans out.
Oh and since when have 2 sergeants patrolled together ??
Yeah you're right mate. I'll definitely be pushing that next time 👍.
Definitely one sgt was better than the other. It was annoying that the second officer only gave collar number as it is 3 points of identification
god forbid if the general public outed bad practice of police officers paid to uphold the law with tax payers money.
Hi just a quick message to wish u all the luck in growing the channel, all looks good so far so keep up the good work!! As asked by PINAC AUDIT who also does a fantastic job and love watching his channel also. All the best Stuart
Thank you, i really appreciate your kind words. Means a lot to me❤❤. LCR
I think the older Sergeant was slightly butt hurt that his Fishing expedition failed to bear any fruit, and he took a lot of convincing.
The younger Sergeant who did all the checks was great, and really respectful. This is the kind of coppers we need, as his demeanour, and interaction style can only help their otherwise POOR reputation.
I also like YOUR non combative demeanour, as way too many auditors just antagonize the people who they interact with.
So well done, its refreshing to see mutually good interactions. 👍
Thank you, H. I definitely want to highlight the good and bad, and the bad will always naturally show as I wont be pushing buttons, I'll just be going about my lawful business. Got a visit this weekend, we'll see how they react. Keep watching 👀. Thanks for being here ❤. Take care. LCR
@MickG-ul1zh Hi they didnt know who i was. They found out who i was after taking down my Operator ID from the drone, which was a mistake on my part. But, live and learn i suppose. Thanks for watching❤. LCR
FFS , you gave these fools far too much info . Don't do their work for them .
Good to see the friendly human side of police officers...
Dodgy police... disingenuous and full of questions...
They are worried about transparency..
That copper saying " ive been followed"... BS
This is a great video.
Dont give them any info you dont have to
New sub here, when the one on the left said he had been followed etc, i would of pressed further as to why? If they were never a bad un, i would argue then they were never followed.
In other words in this instance they will be getting your details via the control tower. Sneaky. In the grand scheme of things is no big deal, details weren't given on the ground to the plod which is the main thing. That's all we want, let them work for anything details wise.
Great interaction, it's good to see a more respectful auditor
Even when they’re ‘nice’ they’re still absolutely full of shit, pretending to be naive as to what his channel about lol…..they’re such liars it’s absolutely insane
12:28 The bespectacled cop seems to, rather than cross a bridge when he comes to it, create hypothetical bridges in his mind and verbally share how he'd cross these imaginary bridges.
I'd have been rather insulted if he'd potentially accused me of hypothetically potentially obviously maybe possibly doing something to cause him to be _"considering using more powers"_.
I wouldn't be surprised if he took a DNA swab from his now sweaty hand to match you with suspects on the PNC.
The two coppers were relatively reasonable. Willing to talk in a normal manner. But they still could not get away from the addiction to getting personal details and they still tried and tried to find a crime to stick on you.
Both tyrants fishing for any excuse to make an arrest. At times they could barely contain their excitement, blurting out offences they have absolutely no clue about.
LCR; a well produced blog, Subbed!
Thank you, i appreciate the support. Definitely more to come 👍
From 22.00 mins starts the beginning of a question round that by 22.18 turns into quick fire pow pow pow round 💥💥💥 with no prize at the end 😮
He desperately wanted you to be blagging everything.
Like you stated it's part of the dance and he was dancing (as they say on Rupaul drag race) *like his life depended on it. *
And also he didn't want to give you a name, just a collar number after chatting to you for 20 mins; that was not friendly, it actually came across as abrupt and rude.
As time went on he seemed more tense whereas the other officer became more relaxed in his demeanour.
I pity the next person Mr Frustrated came into contact with as i suspect he was far from happy with this outcome and needed a power rush.
Can't win em all 🤷🏻♀️ but again, I enjoyed this, subbed.
That was an excellent "audit!"
Here's one thing you might try next time:
The copper said that they liaise with other public bodies. This I feel is an affront to drone flying and identity.
So... the next time you do call to get clearance, you give them a code name! This way, the copper, who has no right to your identity, can ask them "I have a bloke flying here, his code name is gordie!"
This will keep your real name from the coppers.
What do you think?
Thank you. Thats a really good idea, I'll give it a go. It'll be a couple of weeks before i fly in the NFZ again as i dont want to pee off the tower haha. Thanks for watching and giving a great suggestion 👌👍❤️.
thats me mate Kai at 2:51 A BlueLightSpotter he’s getting a tour of the forensic collision investigation unit van ive got toell him about this
Those units are insane! Worth an absolute fortune. Was speaking to 1 of the officers recently about the kit inside of them easily worth £250k+ in there!
They can ask for your operator ID (plus your name & address) if you are flying the drone.. have just flown the drone or are about to fly it. They can ask to inspect the drone too (to check its weight etc) They don’t need to suspect you of a crime.
However, unless the do suspect you if a crime, they cannot actually demand you to land your drone. So therefore they would have to wait for you to land it.
Quote the law, buddy.
@@Crashawsomethat Steve is either a bootlicker or a pig
Hiya Pal Its me That lad That asked if you auditing I saw you zoomed in on our face when we were getting a tour of the Collisions investigation unit
Just a pedantic point... if you want to do a first amendment audit, as per the hashtags, you’re gonna need to get on a plane and travel quite some distance from the Toooooon!
North Korea we will check you out.😢
Why it's a good idea NOT to provide " details " unless legally required to do so ...

@philmingnotallowed:: WoW that is good information for the general public to know 👏 👍 👌

Great done music 👏👍
They where being fly . videoing your id No. on the Drone.
the one that stood with you was chocking to get you on something
you should ask for the footage of his Bodycam see if he did get it
You cannot really complain about the way the cops dealt with this
They are ALL bad pigs 🐖
you are too nice
You have a right to privacy (anonymity) when you haven't committed an offence. Good video mate enjoyed it. The tower should not be sharing your details, I would consider that a breach of gdpr.
Thanks mate, I really appreciate it. I checked and it seems like they have some sort of data sharing agreement with the CAA. Absolute B.S if you ask me but thats the world we live in. Thanks again for watching❤️. LCR
Paranoia nothing less.
Lol, arrived on set. Good one, Scorsese.
😂😂
You gave them too much information, and left the comments about ascertaining whether a crime had happened (either they have reasonable grounds or they do not, and "man flies drone" is not grounds). Despite that, I thoroughly appreciate your calm, non-combative demeanour. We've all seen those auditors who are overly-abrasive or too eager to show off their limited knowledge of the law. They could stand to learn a thing or two from your approach.
Remember, it's not "unfortunate" that you're not going to give your details. It's your right to refuse. There's no traffic stop, no reasonable grounds for "anti-social behaviour" and you're not crossing a border.
Thank you, I really appreciate it. In most cases if an officer is pleasant with me I'm OK with them. Just the odd time when they get pernickety it gets me wound up a little. Thanks again. LCR
@@LightsCameraRuction Aye, it winds us up watching too!
Keep up the great work my dude!

And again the first person to say anything was WOMAN cop they can't help themselves 😂😂😂😂
Why worry about reg numbers, they don't even own them! Having said that they are on view every day anyway.
Just seen were you met up with the two baldies again, very funny and nice to see how there reacted again. Thee youg copper was on an ego trip infrount of his Sgt .He embarrassed himself.
You should have asked if you were detained while they make their inquiries
13:50 "I'm not asking your address"! 13:55 "You're not going to say your address"? 🤣😂🥲🤔🤣Copper crumbles on camera!
Good crack mate 👍
spot on mate
New sub, comment for the algorithm 👍
Awesome, thank you! Hope you stick around for the long haul mate 👍
They are making you the supplicant. Use more questions in reponse to questions and let them tell you the legislation.
Brush up on more sections of the law before throwing yourself into battle with only basic drone rules and legislation. You are wide open here.
A1 category drone below 250g with a camera is classed as 'not a toy' .
Just an observation
I have subbed to you but if you keep trying to be nice to the fools in uniforms I'll have to unsub .
I'm the opposite. I've subbed, but I'd unsub if he became just like so many other auditors. I'm bored of them.
I like his friendly attitude and how open he is with them without giving up his rights.
I personally think this attitude will show the real tyrants because they can't use the 'antagonistic' excuse that hurts their fragile egos.
I actually think this approach throws them a bit off guard and confuses them. No ego maniac likes to be confused so that hurt ego will burst into a tantrum and show their true colours.
This guy treats them like everyday people (which they are). He doesn't rise to their attempts to take the higher ground or be intimidated by their outfit (unlike them who are intimidated by his), nor does he treat them rudely.
Treat people how you expect them to treat you and imho it's working a treat here 🎊
Leave paperwork on seats mmmmm sloppy coppering then.
Speccy is desperate to nick you.
soon get them subs up
nice to watch
What nice chaps
They were canny 😄
Friendly they maybe but they where still fishing and looking to nick you if they find anything on you

Sorry thay not being nice. Thay are trying to find something to nick u.

Ffs ANOTHER FRAUDITOR
Why are you calling them "Baldy" Coppas? 2nd filming police stations, may fall under the terrorist act.
I didn't call them baldy coppas? Did you not hear the officer call them both baldy coppas? 2nd. Ever heard of PINAC? Photography is not a crime. He even said in the video he knows I'm not a terrorist. Please watch the video before commenting.❤
@@LightsCameraRuction I watched the video, it does not give you permission to insult a bald person, just because one person (police officer or not) agrees to it. Call me Baldy - ill be offended, do you call fat people fatties? As one person agrees?
2nd, the officer is being generous. Filming a police station, not being with the press association, without a reason, can be, investigated as terrorism activity under the act. So read the Act, then please carry on. You will come up against a Officer who will know that exact law. Carry on. Good Luck.
They would need a lot more than taking photos, such as previous intelligence to suspect terrorism.
You feeling alright?
Are you the police? Or just a Brownshirt Shill?
I've got a drone and fly it WITHOUT any numbers on it cause this is my planet
Then your a moron and your gonna get found out especially if your flying in public places.
Remember it is NOT responsible suspicion for them to to ask questions it is R.A.S Reasonable Articulable suspicion and if they don't have that then tell them to jog on
