Today i started to exercise for my goal to be fit for the rest of my life...and today i started with only 5 suryanamaskar....i will be honest today i realised that how low i was on strength...my hands were literally shaking ..while i was holding my body weight...my leg didnt came to the top of the mat as rujuta said....but this time i am not gonna give up...and m happy just after i did suryanamaskar u uploaded this new video....your video was not shot from begining.....thanks rujuta.
