    I have been practicing yoga since Grade 11. I am 38 yrs old now and I don't look like I am ageing up. I did find peace. I will keep on practicing it till I take my last breath. I love me and my yoga.

      Halasana
      Gomukhasana

    It really works if you're doing it in slow motion.
    Focus on every step and breathing as well, you will ses visible changes within a week.

      Yes, you said right. I also observed that you must do all steps mindfully and focusing on breath. It's more important than doing too many rounds quickly.

    Please everyone, be careful not to let your knee go past your toe in the equestrian pose. The knee should always be at a ninety degree angle to avoid injury.

    I have been doing yoga since lockdown began in April 2020.. & now glad that my wrist pain has disappeared :) within initial 3 months of daily practice. I also feel fit & free of joint pains now.
    Diet is also very essential to stay fit. Most importantly cut down on consumption of sugar.

      I definitely learned metaphysics and can heal. a one on yoga and have overcome intentional attempts at death and sabotage to earn accolades and work on doctorates. Definitely don’t age.

    Ma'am, In Ashwa Sanchalanasana, Knee and ankle should be in line and No weight should be there on ankle otherwise we might end up getting hurt. :)

      @@FarahiIsayeva you can follow this video ...the only difference you need is maintain 90° angle between knee and ankle... that's how you will keep on knee and ankle in single line...and weight will be uniformly distributed.

      And if you find it difficult to put knee and ankle in one line.... You can move your feet forward with the help of hands and maintain ashwa sanchalana asana properly.

    In Ashwasanchalan ( The Equestarian pose” meaning ” Horse riding) your gaze should be in front not towards the ceiling. Who rides horse looking towards the sky?
    2. Knee and ankle in one straight line.
    3. Bhujang Aasan - gaze shouldn't be towards ceiling.

    In ashwasanchalasana or the runner's pose, the knee and ankle should be in the same line forming 90 degree angle with the ground else this can hurt the ankles as well as knee.

    Your knees should be at 90 degrees angle when you bring them in front. It shouldn’t be pointed forward but upwards towards the sky.

    Nice explaination.
    Only Astang Namskarasana knees shouldn't touch the ground. But it is ok if you don't have strength to sustain the pose.

    Good one but holding your knee forward in ashwasanchalanasan may hurt your knee(2:36).

    Do fast without holding asana to convert it to cardio
    Hold 2-3 seconds for muscle build
    Hold 10-30 seconds for Internal benefits focussed.

      Yoga I a meditation. A moving meditation.
      You should always do it slowly. Then only will you understand the real importance of yog and it will change your life

      Yes. Pretty much any sort of yoga or stretch that is stretching your muscles will improve your body functions which means height growth plus its important for teens to exercise for height growth so yeah along with your genetics and what you eat exercise does matter-

    Is it ok to bend your knee more than 90 degree in ashwasanchalanasana or step 4 as I do it just like you, but I got to hear in various videos that its a mistake.
