    I think so you had not saved the report after adding the configuration item column in list view only you had RUN that report and that's why its not working there.

    Hi , I am unable to find the Interactive filter module in the app application list.....any reason....any specific permission is required to get that option ?

    I have one requirement... Need interactive filter month wise for incidents.. January, febuary...etc..,..like that ..using date interactive filter ...we have only some options, this month, last month, last quarter like that....can we add custom interactive filter for month wise ? Please help regarding this
