Hi there, there are some limitations with various report types that will prevent them from being used as an interactive filter. Incident By Priority is a multi-dimensional report and as such it will not work as an interactive filter. Hope this help and thanks for watching!

Hi there and so sorry for the delay. There are map type reports that can be used to display volumes by geographic location provided you have a data point that features location data such as country or region. You can create any report and group by department. Hope this helps and thanks for watching
Question - around the 3.03 minute mark, you discuss the "restrict to role" option when creating new dashboards. By default, are these dashboards then public to everyone so long as it is checked as active and no roles are listed in the "restrict to role" field? And if user wanted to restrict a dashboard for their own personal use, which role would be most suitable to list in the "restrict to roles" section?
Hi there, the dashboard will refresh everytime it loads or when the browser is refreshed. Eventually your ServiceNow instance will timeout forcing you to log back and thus will also refresh the dashboard. Hope this helps and thanks for watching

I could never wrap my head around Service Now. I hated the dashboard even more because nothing ever made sense. You are the only person who's videos I could not only understand, but actually like!! You are the only reason that ServiceNow Dashboards make sense to me. I salute you!! 🫡
Absolutely. You can script in calculations when creating a new field or you can use UI actions to update fields when some event occurs. Hope this helps!

Lui the share option in sharing list is not available for me there is only one option add to Dashboard now how resolve this

You have to create a report first. He has another video explaining this. Before to create your dashboard you need to have your reports in place.
