Torque settings required:
Spark plugs 15 NM
Sump plug 28 NM

Where is the A/C drain pipe on the mk2 2007 as mine is fulled with water not coolant when the air con was on water used to out under car but not now so pipe is blocked Thanks for any help.
Yeah must be that then , I’m not sure axactly but it will run down the engine side of the bulkhead normally
Do you not use gold spray to clean the oil off the engine bay you got some nice tools but take care of your customers as well

Mate what is that small black hose that runs from by the spark plugs at the front to underneath the air box element is that required or can it be removed
If you mean the pipe that covers out the rocker cover pointing towards the front .. it’s an oil breather pipe and must be fitted 👍

@@diydaly u reckon I should leave the end open or put a breather on there does it really matter or what all the forums say as long as you don’t block it off you’re good to go
@@BigVVS personally I wouldn't just leave it open but aslong at it can breathe you wont have an issue

Is it safe to wash your engine with water
It’s is if everything sealed correctly , personally I would t recommend it .. certainly not power washing it , people do but I’ve seen various problems caused by it

Those Bosch spark plugs are soo garbage!
I cant believe Ford uses Bosch or Autolite as Oem instead Ngk or Champion.
Tbh mate can’t say I’ve had many problems with em
They arent problematic, but they really dont perform better or equally good as the Ngk's or Champion.
Is it possible at all to change the air filter for a cone one to give the car a bit of a better sound? I know it won’t be much but just thought it’s worth the ask.

Tbh mate I wouldn't really recommend doing it but if you are going to id just say go for a reputable brand like K & N
