How long does it take you to do your hair? from start to finish including shampoo & conditioner about 2 hours.
How often do you straighten your hair? Once every 2 weeks
( Mainly in the fall and winter) I wear it curly in the spring and summer, but i had to film this video for you guys.

Btw, I just love your hair when it was towel dried and you brushed it out so the curls weren't really defined, and your hair hair was big. I don't know if I'm the only one, but I love a big brushed out "Afro" look, it framed your face so beautifully.

I always thought that the paddle brush was solely for straight hair and would rip out natural hair. That tip about the vertical motion is great, tried it on my friend who is few weeks post and it was awesome.
you must have strong arms. my hair is only shoulder length and I sometimes have to take breaks in between sections cuz my arm gets tired.
Your hair is so thick and full. My hair is the same length but I have waaaay less and it's super fine. If i had thay much hair, I'd probably only straighten twice a year.

They keep their hair straight for 2weeks until they wash and straighten it again.

I have natural hair too but I rarely straighten because when I do it always smells burned... How do I straighten my natural hair without that gross smell??? My flat iron is pretty old could that be the problem? Other than that my process is pretty much the same as yours. Love you hair and videos by the way. Can't wait till mine is that long again... I stupidly cut it about a year ago and I miss it so much. :)

My hair is like yours but I mostly keep it in a ponytail or bun because I don't have the patience to style it. I also let my hair dry without using heat so you know that takes forever. However, you've inspired me to do my hair even though it'll take hours for me. Have you ever tried Carol's Daughter? If so, what is your view on the product.

How do u keep your hair from poofing at the roots in humidity, I've been transitioning for 6 months and at bra-strap in length. I have the flat ironed down pretty good, but I hate doing all that hard work only to poof up at the roots its so annoying, but loved your video and your hair is gorgeous.

That was really fun watching you do this like it's easy. When I straightened my hair it was very poofy and frizzy plus my hair is so thick that I tend to sweat and it makes the hair revert faster. Does your hair have humidity resistance when you do this?
