- Hello Mommies, do you remember when Beyonce made "Bootylicious?" Well we have a nice lady who is a DIFFERENT-sort-of-licious. It leads the Mommies to wonder about their own preferences. The Brody Steven memorial happened the night before this recording; Tom and Christina recap the night as we get ready for Jeff Ross to enter the Mommydome. Also Tom saw a headless man, House of Cards is terrible, and should we be raising our standards for security guards?
Then "The Roast Master General" himself, Jeff Ross, arrives in Studio Jeans to talk more about his role in the memorial for Brody Stevens the night before. Jeff talks about other funerals he's done jokes at and reminisces about how he met Buddy Hackett. Jeff has told jokes in some of the most insane places, like prisons and Guantanamo Bay, but was getting Bumping Mics off the ground harder than ALL of that?? He explains what it's like to work with Dave Attell, his new podcast, and so much more.

She kind of plays the straight man in a comedy double act. It can be annoying sometimes but it actually kind of works most of the time. I only hate the therapy talk... and the keeping the heat at 80...If Tina Jeans did 23 and me I'm sure she would be at least 70% old sick cat.

He came to perform in my small town many years ago in this crappy little theater, maybe like 100 people in there. I had the same goal as you...until he actually started going around the room roasting people and I started getting nervous as hell. He didnt get to me, though

Jeff is surprisingly (I guess just with his look and crass joke style) one of the most mature and has the most sound and bad ass reasons for being a comedian. He's way more amazing then credit is given.

I fuckin rock out to the intro. To be honest I think the length of it is what makes it so good, because what you really want is that head-banging last part but what you don't know is you want to want that part while waiting through the first part.

It's an injustice to comedy that this podcast has only 353K subscribed. I genuinely thought it would be closer to 3-4 million ... props to the brilliant back and forth!
I remember when I didn’t really dig Jeff. And I’m from holland, so all I used to see from him was only being on roasts. But I got older, got to understand where he came from, what he did, and now he is one of my most respected comedians. What a great soul. Reminds me of rickles giving respect after roasting someone but more heartfelt. Some celebrities you can’t really gauge but Jeff I feel like how loving and peaceful he seems, he actually really is. What a great guy.
I'm with Tim on the book lady, for his reasons and also for the sheer duration. So long, it made me ugly laugh and chest heave, shoulder shake while trying to stifle my laughter from my neighbors from outside. Kirsti D has a point about the other girl selling it first, tho.
