    I think my biggest improvement so far is breathing. I am awesome at breathing now. Breathing should be a sport.

    Skipped out on 2 days but thankfully, was able to get back into it. This is by far the furthest i've gone with the 30 day challenge yoga. I tried doing the yoga with adriane one, got as far as 2 or 3 days XD. I'm giong to take it until the end, and when i get there, I will donate. Thanks homie, much love from the Philippines!

    so was poorly to do day 11 for me yesterday. Today I battled through both day 11 & 12.. Hard trying to breath through a cold but I did.. 😁 loved the ab sequence and getting the hand of the breath practice. thank you Tim. 👍

    I realize I've come a long way when this routine didn't tire me the way holding the chair pose for 5 breaths did, on the first day of the yoga journey! Kudos to everyone who have come this far!

    I love this series. I've done other yoga 30 day challenges that were just not challenging. This one challeneged me on week one. I can't wait to see what the next 18 days has in store. Thanks, Tim! You're adorable. :D

    Since I am having a snow day, I got to do both 11 and 12 this morning. I am all caught up. As usual Tim, I love your teaching. I have to say Triangle is my favorite pose! Also, on the FB group another yogi gave me some advise on the crow pose. I look at it and immediately think, "not going to happen", he told me to say "I am going to do this" instead, changing my inner dialogue is one of my New Year's Resolutions. Thanks again.

      Awesome!I like triangle and side angle the best. But I only like triangle after Tree.
      Oh that's a great idea. I use the same thing In skateboarding. I always tell people when they're learning to drop in the deep end of the bowl to tell themselves 100 percent they're gonna do it, otherwise don't try cus they'll slam.

      I called it crow, it was the crane, is there a Crow? ha ha Either way it is challenging. But one day my feet will come up. In one of your other videos you have us use the block to put our feet on and then lean onto our arms. I'm still working on it, you will be the first to know when I have "lift off" Thanks again.

    Fine workout at the end of the sequence. oooh, but let' s continue, let's feel the body response.     Quick tip, if you want to make this a longer workout, simply change the speed to .75 and you have a longer workout

    Same as Pam here, I had to do 11 and 12 today and I have many things to do tonight so I'm glad it was a little shorter today. I definitely feel my abs now! For the next three days, I'm going to practice "somatics" (I'm participating in an education program this year) and I'm really curious about how I'm gonna feel tomorrow night and the nights after when I'll practice yoga with you after a day of "somatics". I'll let you know if you're interested!
