Nope, not even close. The front lamps are different, the premium doesn't have a side mirror, the rims are different, the tires are different, the detail of the engine is different, the interior is different, rear lights are different, etc. I have both of them. The tlvn and the premium.
Tbh, even though the TLVN version has more unique details and an added feature than the Tomica Premium, I can't afford the TLVN version. At least, I bought the Premium version of the F40 (which is cheaper than the TLVN) from BicCamera, Tokyo Japan, last weekend, and it also did a great job too in terms of details. Btw, Happy new year bro ;)

The premium version on ebay says it is a 1/62 and the TLV is 1/64.. why is that? I bought the premium anyway but just wondering.
Yes all premium and regular Tomica come in various scale to fit into the box. While TLV is true 1/64. TBH I'm annoyed by those 1/61 , 1/62 etc
