Pathfinder had these on the clearance rack so I picked up a set for about half price. They work and also make a good back scratcher in a pinch.

Does the pathfinder set fit in the carry case for the Full Windsors?

Obviously “a lot” of companies aren’t making these.
One company is China is making these and everyone else is sticking their own label on them

    Interesting..
I normally just carry a regular pair of stainless steel tongs for moving fire coals around when needed.
    Thanks for the video

Unfamiliar with your channel, but I do have a few comments on this video:
    1. Very easy for Pathfinder to be considerably cheaper considering they didn't do any R&D. They simply copied another company that did the work. Not only is this lame for obvious reasons, it discourages trailblazing companies from sinking money into things when others are just going to rip them off.
    2. You didn't mention the differences between using the items. Stainless vs Titanium. Titanium is not a good conductor of heat, so you should be able to rest the Full Windsor on a cast iron or whatever skillet and not have them get too hot to handle. Does the same apply to the Pathfinder? I doubt it but have never used them.
    3. You didn't mention or show their differences as tongs. When assembled, do they have the same gripping ability? It's hard to tell from you video - is the gap between the spork and spatula as large on the Pathfinder as it is on the Full Windsor? Is the locking mechanism as secure when putting the items down and picking them up repeatedly, as one would do when cooking?
    Thanks for the video.

Thanks for watching and the comment. I agree with your first comment (#1) Full Windsor came up with an made a great design that works perfectly. Sad to see we live in a world where other companies copy other companies designs. That being said, I believe Pathfinder just buys and rebrands a china made product, so I don't feel they are responsible for copying the design. They are just branding and selling it. Whether that is right or wrong, is completely a personal decision. Comment #2, I do agree that the titanium is a better material for this product. That being said, I never leave my utensils in a pot while it is still on the stove. And finally (#3) The fit and finish of the Full Windsor Titanium ones are great. Definitely worth the price. The Pathfinder ones are OK, but not as good as the Full Windsor. Thanks again for the comment.

I think they dropped the ball with these. Being stainless steel, you can't use them on the pathfinder skillet. Also, being 10 inches means you can't put them inside the skillet for storage. If they made them out of something else, at least the spatula, and shaved it down to just under 8 inches it would be a winner.
