- Presenters play a vital part in the Eurovision Song Contest. With 61 editions of the contest we have seen many presenters over the years, all with their different styles.
We will be paying tribute to some of the presenters of the Eurovision Song Contest. Today we travel back in time to the 1980's. We have asked you to vote for your favourite presenter of the 80s. You have voted for many but the battle for number one came down to two people: Victor Lazlo and Lill Lindfors. - Розваги

I doubt any of the hosts from the 2010's will rise to Mans&Petra's level . They were astonishing. One of the reasons I love the Eurovision in Sweden :)

Luckily swedish is pretty similar to dutch.
She really sticked it to the norwegian winners, "You must be happy, you're always finishing last in this competition all the other years."

The four presenters of last year, 2018, did a wonderful job and they were simply wonderful.
Lill walked so Petra could run.
How on earth Lill Lindfors had to even compete with anyone (less Victor Lazlo). She's a mother of all Eurovision hostess, 5:10 Kikki Danielsson's english translation to 'bra vibrations' was hilarius and there's no-one can ever match that dress-drop-trick!:)

Yes she, Lill was and is great. She is so stylish and still going on singing.
Yes, no-one can do this now , it’s a rule call ”Lex Lindfors” … You can’t change the act from rehearsal ….

Filomena was brilliant this year! I want Portugal to win again just so she can host another contest.
Mel Giedroyc would also be a perfect host in the unlikely event that the UK ever win again.
They forgot that after Lill Lindors skirtdropping the rule Lex Lindfors came.
96 is my faves out of the 90s and my favourites from the 00s are Zjelko and Jovana and my Favourites from the 10s Are Anke, Petra And Måns :)

Lill was Great. I totally agree. I am surprised though, that Viktor Lazlo was runner-up. Although being Belgian myself, I would never have thought about voting for her.

I remember a lot of presentes and we had most of the songcontests of the 80s and 90s on video. but true, i remember her the most as memorable part of the show. so the choice is fine with me though I will never forget the song that viktor lazlo had pesented (I remembered her name too. I didn't know her before but the name was from the movie casablanca)

In my opinion they were awful, especially at the voting.
I agree that they were terrible, but I think that's what makes them brilliant. Srsly, when I think of hosts of the 90's I only remember '98 (because of the thing between Ulrika and the Dutch spokesperson) and '91. Case in point: YAYYY Italy won Eurovision, who will we get as hosts? I know, our previous winners, what can go wrong? Oh, they're not very proficient in the EBU's 2 official languages eh? Just let them host in Italian. What! None of the results are going to be read in Italian! Just get MR Naef, MR NAEF, MISTER NAEF to help them.
tl;dr they didn't know what they were doing, but they tried and that's why they are my favourite
