I have relic characters and still can’t beat this? Finding it impossible to get speed up even with high mods, what am I doing wrong? Is it mod set up? If so what’s yours?

Yes I got it early into the start of the account when they had a sale going on. My opinion is the only thing worth buying is the hyperdrive, especially if it's on sale.
