Love Codt Jinks, thought a lot of Tyler Childers BUT even though I still listen some it is not with the same intensity b/c it always gonna be in the back of my mind how he's giving legitimacy to the BOGUS ASS black lives matter organization!! I cant help but think he's listened too much to that radical ass sturgill Simpson!!!! Simpson did produce Tyler last album soooooo........

This song reminded my husband of my Dad living somewhere in the middle always saying whatever we did for him was perfect because he wasn't expecting the president to visit! My husband and our 24 year old son had a conversation about this song and he (grandson ) told him that is him also he just wanted to live somewhere in the middle. He was killed by a drunk driver on May 31, 2023 so he was never given the opportunity to just live somewhere in the middle. We played this song at his memorial service because it meant so much to him.❤ Keep on singing your songs Cody and bringing meaning to others with your music.
Well said. I can relate to his songs. My job isn’t blue collar, but I am. My core is all about good people, not titles, accolades or likes. Just let me live and enjoy moments like this.
Holy shit! I haven't heard anything like this in decades. Beautiful piece. Marysville CA loves this one. We love all of yall who can feel this! This is real country... Brought tears to my eyes. Breath of fresh air. Much love to all of those in the struggle. There will be a brighter day.
Hands down to me this is his best! I'm a heavy equipment operator. I build roads for a living. I've had breakfast with a logger that worth half a billion and helped the young struggling appreciate just trying to figure out what the real would is like. This song will never get old!
I first heard this. All I can think is how my life was growing up. My dad was always on the road. And my mom basically raised us. It was hard not having my dad around. But, he was driving for a living. He was always faithful to my mother though. Love this song.
Everyday since I found them. This song and Dax's Dear Alcohol get me started everyday on yet another day of sobriety. The guitar at beginning gives me chills. Thanks for what you all do. God Bless Us All. Take care.
This is the best style of music out there. Truly amazing. I'm not even mad that Hollywood is blind. Support your artists folks. They hold our traditions and ways of life in music.
Damn it Cody,, I’m suppose to be a Strong woman, but you bring me to tears. It must be something in the water. Me and my husband are always on your wavelength, we seem to be plugged into the same receptacle. Outlaws and Mustangs, they always come home. I wear that tee shirt every night, waiting for my man.❤🍀.
I would've been there also but I had to work that whole day it sucked missing out but I'll catch him another time my seats were the front row and VIP access 🤘🤙💯
This is Jamie Johnson, Randy Travis, and Chris Stapleton ingrained. Relatable, next door, just might bump shopping carts kind if guy. Love it and love he stays to his roots and independence
You, sir, are on another level. Never heard a bad song from you. After finishing this video I will play some more on my giant ass stereo so my neighbors can listen with me

There's more country in his guitar pick than in all of today's CMT awards.
No fucking shit dude. I hate what people call country today. Pisses me off

This is true country! Why he and his band aren't more popular is beyond me!
Here in FT worth he is a king.
Selling out Redrocks pretty damn popular!!! Pretty Badass more like it!
This exact mentality ruined modern music.
He doesn't fit the hip hop agenda of modern radio "Country Music"
@benztech821 he's a king in my Cali home 😉
Every once in awhile we get to see greatness. Pure and raw.
