The backing singers although very good are way too loud and over powering the balance of George's voice which is quite irritating to be honest

The backing singers totally spoiled it
What's wild is you have songs that when they come on that have such an upbeat sound. You can't help but stop and listen. On top of that a lot of times. You can't help but sing along and/or dance to it. That is when an upbeat song has power.

That is a lot of people.
Not saying this is bad (it's terrific!) but they are 100% singing over the actual record. With the addition of Live mic for George and the backup singers. Listen to George at 00:50 and you hear him live over his record voice. The harmonica is sonically a perfect match to the record. At 03:38 on you hear George sinigng on the record while stops. Not a criticism! They are great.
