Yea I feel the same.. there is someone who Finished ''The Forest'' in 20min without any glitches and on hard.. even the devs have looked at that speedrun, and is impressed. Speedrunning on Peaceful... Not impressive at all.. even if he had done everything he needed to get the stuff to get into the end, it still wouldn't be impressive if its on Peaceful. Like seriously.. why speed run if you not going to have an challenge??.

Building? ye okay that improved , but if i wan't to build i would play another game . The game gives u everything too early too fast, already had firearms and it was a breez to play...

@@MeetWagon22 well the guy you play in the game is a Merc, the guy you see with the laptop is timmy, the girl in the silver suit is supposedly the girl from the first game aswell, the billionaire your sent to save is Virgina and here parents, she is the half legsy half armsy girl. You don't save her she's just a follower in the island quite helpful as she can deffend you with guns you give her. Her parents are dead. The old guy on the chopper is the first main character you play as in the first game.
@@blizzzax_9443 you just make sure you have a little speed running before you pull it out, and you got to make sure the path is clear so like rocks and stumps dont stop your momentum.
I think every time you boot up the game it chooses 1 of 3 or 4 spawns, if you get the wrong spawn just close the game and reopen until you get the snow spawn. As long as you don't close the game again the snow will be your spawn. (this has just been my experience though and it may be bugged)

Man and I only got sub 22mins on hardcore mode this guy getting sub 8 maniac xD Though they patched the negate fall damage slide with book before I ran. Warning hardcore mode will give you some jump scares in the end. Not for the faint of heart with only a stick and dreams.
Somehow Kelvin still manages to catch up with this guy after being left for dead in the snow.

how do you always spawn on snow? can't get it consistently

Whenever you start a new playthrough the game will randomly pick one of three locations for you to start at (forest, beach, or the mountain).
