@Metalheart333 Pantera definitely broke up. That's why we had Damageplan and superjoint ritual in the early 2000's. They definitely broke up before dime died. He died on stage with Damageplan.
@Metalheart333 dime dying definitely put the final nail in Pantera's coffin, but at the time Dime died, he and Vinnie said publicly on multiple occasions that Pantera would not be reuniting. There were some serious disagreements between members. Mostly between Phil and the rest of the band. I do believe if Dime lived and Vinnie were still with us, we would see a reunion. I still don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that Zakk and Lombardo fill in with Rex and Phil for a show or two. But Pantera wasn't just on hiatus. I do think you're right though. They would've gotten back together by now had Dime lived. It's a damn shame, really.
