It was originally a bust and lost money is the box office. Kinda funny that it's a cult classic now... and one of my favs.

I feel the same, I always only have one other person to play with, so we usually play 3 characters each, it's not as fun just playing two people, but it is fun playing each character differently and trying to sabotage the missions. The directions really don't specify how to tie other characters up, or it doesn't even give you reasons to tie other characters up, the game rules suggest you can torch other players, but they're really no reasons why you would want to torch other players, it's more fun for me and my family too try to get through the three sections in escape and then try to come up with who to let escape, and then reveal who the alien is.
I'm really excited to play this, but also getting 4-8 people who actually like board games and want to learn a new complicated one is hard.

Love the videos. Suggestion - Need more of an introduction into the premise of the game before jumping into setup and game mechanics. Tell us where we are going and then tell us how we get there.

Accurate to the movie that way. Pretty hard to battle a shape-shifter that retains your memories.

You guys should just upload the streams to UA-cam so people that don't have twitch or work to much to ever watch live can watch and see if they would like to get the game in question. This game looks fun but would really like to see it played
This is a complicated ass game the first time you play it. There's a lot of keep track of based upon the variables.

poor rules explanations tied with the most annoying hosts are the 2 big ones --- however this game looks good almost a weird mix of Coup, Clue, Yahtzee and Pandemic

The part that gave us trouble was on a failed mission you can send someone to put out the fire. After the fire is put out the room is still destroyed? Is that right? Then you take that card and marked it on the destroyed room section? 4 of those and it’s game over.
No.
Rooms are only destroyed if they are still on fire at the end of the turn.
If someone is individually sent to a room, or the team went to a room, that had smoke or fire and used a fire extinguisher the smoke/fire is gone and thus can't get better. 4 rooms destroyed does lose the game however.

From what I can dig up its official release date will be Nov 10th. Although its appears to be a US only so anyone out side the USA will need to pay expensive shipping fees just get a copy.... US amazon site says $79 plus shipping as far as cost goes. So for me living in the UK I will be looking at $100+ for it.

Personally, I think this is a pretty fun, cute video. Your performance was pretty good, you explained the rules well and I like your enthusiasm. "The Thing" part was just genius LOL I do think some parts were a bit too loud/fast, but it didn't bother me too much. Keep up the good work. I wish you the best.
