I find those are way too tight to turn. Hurts my hands! Also, still too much foam. I noticed that if I fill bottles using counter-pressure filler and then serve from the bottles it doesn't foam at all and the amount of bubbles retained by the cider in the glass is much better.
Just reduce the serving pressure and it will do the same thing. People seem to think serving pressure needs to be at 10-11 psi but I use 5-6 psi on my kegerator which is the same as that one but 2 tap. In the fridge I carbonate at 25psi for exactly 4 days then serve at 5-6psi = perfect every time - no over carbonation and perfect pours! So simple!
