    Your sessions never get boring and a great variety of movements. I loved that new one at 25.00. ( knees together side lift).

    Wow this was a burner! Loved it! I had to take a week off due to being sick (not covid- thank god!) so i'm a bit late, but i'm committed to get this done and i'm still enjoying every second of it

    Love your workouts! I'm recovering from an Achilles Tendon rupture and these workouts are perfect for me! I can tell they are really toning and lengthening my body without adding any pain to my injury. Thank you so much!

    thank u hannah it was a very nice workout ... today i did side lift with leg on leg which was really difficult.. . m so happy to see my improvement.....
