      @DiabetesF great that you are working on such health tips. Definitely such videos are useful. Same goes for dental probs. Lot of it can be avoided by early diet changes as kids. Especially control of sugar.
      Other drink that is good at night for diabetics is millet drink. Just cook millet flour in water . Add a bit of milk

    I am type 2, i use Libre3 to monitor my glucose. i been drinking the mixture of one lemon and half of the cucumber, add water and blend it, use 1/2 gallon for your mixture, put in the fridge. Everytime i drink i add 1/3 cup of diet tea drink for my sweetener, i drink it anytime of the day and before bedtime too. My glucose is between 95 to 120.

      @@DiabetesF Actually never tried it in a bedtime drink before, but just did. Made a cup of chamomile with Ceylon cinnamon after watching your vid. I have a big mug of organic cocoa with Ceylon, stevia, a teaspoon of grass fed butter, and vanilla powder every day, with goats milk. My guilty pleasure. Yummy and half assed healthy. I also sprinkle it on apple slices, and add it to smoothies.

    I'm not sure how this would fit, if at all, it is a 50/50 mix of almond milk and coconut milk with cinnamon and collagen powder. Maybe a little monk fruit.

      you can make it with fruit an vegetables in your blender or you juice machine an put the powder in the juice en drink it for days you can buy this powder in the bio shop it is making from somme calling grass an black berries. to you think it is good?

    SORRY but almond milk is high in oxalates as is the nut itself😢 coconut is a much better choice.
