You are not migrating a workspace account. You are transferring emails and documents between two users on the same workspace account. I was looking for how to move data between two usrs on different worspace accounts - that is what the title implied, but not the actual content of the video.
Authentication failure. (18017). How do you set the things needed in the source account? do you need to access to it to do in settings or there is another way?
This is what I needed. The migration was successful but it says over 7000 emails were skipped. What does this mean and where I find these emails. These are two users under the same domain. Thank you
the video is very helpful, but I do recommend you update the name to Workspace account migration from 1 user to another in same domain, or something of the sort, we are lots of ppl that needs to migrate from 1 workspace account to another workspace account within different domains.
