Jamie ... Big fan here . Add this safety hack to your next boat hack. A hi flow bilge pump with a hose in and one for discharge, and powered by a wire with alligator clips to clamp on a battery. There is no worse time for your pumps being out, when your boat or a friend is full of water! I filled my 22 foot Ranger on Erie, and was able to pump it before danger set in .. went on to win the Toyota Series derby, after salvaging day 1
Thats funny, that one is actually in my boat but didnt make the video. Had a livewell meltdown in an old bass boat while leading a tournament years ago, threw the bilge in the lake and kept fresh water going in the livewell from spot to spot!
Love the hot lunch idea. This year Ice fishing i started boiling a coupl;e cups of water and would throw it in a thermos in the morning to have hot ramen or a warm instant soup on the ice for my lunch.
Love the lunchbox. A cheap must for me is a $5 100 foot Irwin chalk box and I tie a lure retriever with a chain on the end. Been saving plugs in 70-80 foot of water on Lanier lately.
Bro the heated lunch pail is a great idea. I get sick of the cold sandwich too, I’ve been using a jet boil and mountain house which is good but leftovers would be better. Jet boil is nice for some quick instant coffee though. And mountain house packs up so light it’s nice to keep a couple in the boat just in case.
This lights are super handy and I use them in my kayak. I also use similar green and red ones in my planar boards at night so others don’t run them over.
Get yourself a jet boil and some Peak refuel meals, they’re a little on the spendy side but far better than a mountain house.. they’re phenomenal for back country elk hunting, I usually keep one with me for fall fishing, they’re a pick me up meal
I still think a roll of toilet paper in a ziplock is the best cheapest fishing hack of all time.
Yes it is
That's definitely in there as well. Socks are getting expensive
I've got that packed in my truck, my boat, my quad, my sled. Ya never know!

Banger JaBru. Brilliant ideas. Awesome content. Best of luck the rest of the year. GAME ON!
Thanks Rick !
The nav lights are sweet. The poles rarely work.
Agreed - and usually are burried somewhere deep in the hull lol

Thats a good call... better not grab one pre loaded with chalk!
Appreciate these types of videos. Would be interested in a (possibly another) video on how you prep your boat after winter storage.
Thanks - I usually don't store em for the winter, so im probably not the guy for the job!

Yup, those work well for sure.. but i like not having to spend any fishin' time on meals when possible.. unless its a big beauty walleye shore lunch
A real Canadian would get by with chicken fingers and pepperoni sticks haha
