Despite English is not my native language, I understood everything you taught in this tutorial, and I finally found a tutorial that explains about vnav. Thank you
A great example is the RNAV (RNP) Z RWY 34 into CYLW [Kelowna BC] in the Rockies. Much better than the ILS. Thx for pointing out the limitations of the FS Version. Was frustrating not knowing that limitation.
I don't know if I can get from posting in to a old video comment thread, but i can't seem to find the answer anywhere else... So I can't make the active VNV profile panel accept new angle. I can change the number but enter or right clicking the FMS knob don't confirm the change? Help a stupid guy out. What am I missing?
You can speed up sim time by pressing +\- of number pad. Only own one plane that tells you the speed so you need an in game clock to know what normal speed is
@@mark-xu8bw the first thing to check the key bindings if you google how to change sim time there’s tons of tutorials that’s if it’s actually not working it’s not a great system your literally just speeding sim time like changing tick rate in Minecraft there’s no menus or anything it goes by a factor or 2 I believe so press + once is only going 2x press again it’s 4x and so on I find I can’t see it’s even faster until 4-8x your pc will dictate how fast you can go mine gets choppy at 16x. So if I hit my + key 4 times fast it just freezes. Also it can do weird thing a to the maps like airports not loading in even if you give it 5 mile final in real time again
What is the meaning of this word XTK always appear in the heading indicator when approaching the airport, How can I correct the plane's course after that.

Thanks for the explanation. I still find it easier just to use VS based on time and distance as there's considerably less assembly required ;)
Thanks Pete, well explained! Will try that out on my next trip with the DA62. Could actually work until short before landing, let's see 👍🏼

Is this available for the new Milzin 310, thanks!
P Gatcomb: How do you change screen views in the MFD?
Do you use Slew mode to speed up time in your video, or something else?

@@lilkris3008 Thanks!
Hmm, pressing the +/- on the number pad doesn't work, and I don't see anything in the options about time excelleration. Any hints? Thanks in advance.

Great presentation. Thanks

It means crosstrack.
