HI Nina you may be right. Wikipedia, however, gives the population at just over 20,000 in 2021. The 2011 census showed just over 22,000.

Bakewell make Bakewell Puddings, Mr kipping makes Bakewell Tarts.

I love Derbyshire.. Buxton water is what we drink all the time.. And as I'm a Nottinghamshire girl...which is not far away.. Although I've lived in Devon for 50 years now.... I still have happy memories of these lovely spar towns...great recipe Geoff 😘👌
