I think that was Dex, he had power drill too and he mined every single bedrock block in the map. It was insane dedication

I watched someone yesterday, he was "still" stripmining and it was so boring! Your chaotic approach is much more fun (and effective).

The slowed monsters staying longer in the Tesla dome's electric orb is one synergy even I didn't know about. Make sure to include it in your stream!
Thanks so much for trying out my max delay idea! I really enjoy seeing singular game mechanics being pushed to the limit, especially in a game with as many well balanced options as dome keeper. ^.^
Adding in the max monster slow with debilitate and the fumes on the furnace was awesome too - those divers didn't stand a freaking chance!
Then cascading impact with reflection field is satisfying as all hell :P
Would really like to see engineer with maxed out orchard and mushrooms, get that drilling speed to insane levels! ^.^
Sorry to hear you've not been feeling 100%, though I i must say I'm a little glad you've postponed the stream as i was at a local harvest party on Saturday so would've missed it - hope to be present this Sat though!
The coloured biomes giving you info on cave types is really cool - ever since I first saw dome keeper gameplay I had a feeling it had a lot of secret cues and ways to gain knowledge about the random cave generation - it's awesome that people are figuring these things out!

There's some absolutely gold lines in your videos lol.
On the cave thing mentioned in the video, there are biomes and the iron tree and radar both spawn in the brown biome usually. So you might dig a little more thoroughly for radar if you want it. Blue spawns the cave with 3 water. Red the helmet upgrade for far sight. The bomb I think is in blue. So you know you have at least one of those caves if you are in that color biome. You will see this in action when you set up the cave order. If a brown cave is first (for prestige mode) your first biome after standard grey will be the brown one :)

The super saturation is a nice touch! One of the those small touches that absolutely impresses.
This with diligent worms would be a truly broken amount of iron. Realized the delay is also helping out the mushroom reliability, 'cause there's a longer period of time between passing them. Anything that is time based, rather than cycle based, would be super good with the delay build.

It's really fun o watch some experimental runs, just to test things out and see what happens. Not really getting to crazy about winning, being super efficient and such. Exploring and experimenting looked really entertaining, especially in with this game being so vast in options. So many thanks for the awesomeness of the Keeper's adventures you're putting out!!!! 😁

Don't burn Water in the Furnace if you don't have a lot of it.
You need Water for most Gadget upgrades so you should save it up.

Oh my god the mining with assessor here is insanely good. I'm definitely trying reflection field with that supplement on my next prestige run.
You know what would be interesting if you did the mine kind of backward, like aqureing what you need to get to the bottom as fast as you can and going for the major reserves of resources first kind of then working back to the top😅

1:14:18 the relic bomb didn't actually trigger, it's just hallucination due to Mushrooms. 😵🍄
Man the combined effect of Repellent + Furnace really gave you a big advance in terms of defensive power progression / enemy wave strength.
I've forgotten how strong Stagnation can be. Those Beast couldn't do anything.
And it's YAFI difficulty, but you made it look easy mode.
2 things I've noticed over time, in your runs:
- When using the Assessor, unless you are opting for Exploding Sphere, *don't wait to keep upgrading Kinetic Sphere* , it's as important to the Assessor than Drill Strengh is to Engi (but because its in the middle of the tree people seem to neglect it). You've spent a lot of efforts mid game trying to dig in medium to lower medium depths with the Kinetic Sphere only level one. When you suddenly remembered and upgraded it 2 times in a row (+ Cascading impact) it literally change the course of the run.
- Also. You have a slight tendency to _tunnel vision_ on main Gadgets and immediately spend on Dome, Keeper, Main Weapon, and overlook secondary gadgets you found.
That's why you never end up fully upgrading these gadgets (like mushrooms in this run).
Still very interesting run. It shows well different play-styles. Next time try to max out the saw 😉 it can get very strong with the supplement (especially with artillery dome).
Sphere lifetime has to be good... especially when the field last 28 seconds but your spheres are like 12. Maybe not so much with explode spheres but with split/reflection I don't know what the hangup is with sphere lifetime.... won't they just dig further? they retain their strength the duration, they bounce more... it seems to me lasting longer is going to be good. the cooldown should start once fired, no?

The saturated colors, in battle, with the slowing down pretty much reminds me of Dredd (2012) with the slowmo drug. Cool movie, go, watch it!

The bundle lifetime is definitely worth it, because the last upgrade also ups the speed the bundles travel, not to mention if they get stuck, they will likely be hovering for a good 3 minutes... is 300 seconds 3 minutes?... 5 minutes... Or is the lifetime put up to 800 seconds....... brain failed to math, and memorize, but I know the bundle travel speed is upped to 80 or 90 on the last lifetime upgrade
Edit: Well, worth it for expedient bundle delivery, and less panic rushing back to the dome at the start of a wave

7:00 my favorite weapon is tesla so i mostly play with it and i never thought about reseting it like that, thx. Also i think that the electrical orb is too overpowered , think it should cost more like 5 iron or somth else too change
Love the video, but the furnace and repellent don't stack when you activate both at once. The furnace-timer goes down when the repellent is active.

@@Sekir80 No. It is just convenient. Compared to (0.37 km/min) (3.1mile/5 km) (60 min/hr) = 13.7 miles/hr or to two significant figures 14 miles/hr. I remember from my cross county days that a 5 km race is about 3.1 miles.

Good thinking. I just remember 1 mi = 1.6 km, but if I need more precision I use 1.609 for mi -> km conversion.

So, you went after water fuel for the burner. But you had unlimited iron from the cave. If there is not a huge difference in efficacy between fuels, why would they have the option to use the more rare resource?

I think you should change your mining technique cuz you're missing out lots of water and cobalt, (Strip mining?). Also I think you should've gone with condenser, infinite water system especially for delaying monsters. Also u didn't get compression mining 2.... But Overall Nice Run!
Nope. Strip mining is quite slow and you don't need to find everything to be successful.
