- Every Saturday, I do my weekly grocery shop. Being Dutch, of course I use my bike. Join me as I go to the street market, Middle Eastern market and two other stores. Follow me on Instagram to see what I use all these ingredients for: / paul215821
I'm Brazilian and I follow videos of Brazilians doing bikevlogging in some countries, UA-cam recommended you to me, even though I don't understand anything (I'm using a translator to write this here), I thought your video was really cool, I think your country is very interesting, I want to get to know it
Obrigado. Eu não falo português, então estou usando um tradutor. Talvez eu possa ativar as legendas, para que as pessoas que não falam inglês possam entender. Embora eu não sei o quão boa é a tradução no UA-cam.
Do that on the countryside where you have 20km to nearest grocerystore, nothing special with citypeople shopping with bicycle
I can't imagine having to travel that far for groceries. I live in a city of about 80.000 people, so I have many, many options within cycling range. But even in the countryside here, I don't think it could be more than about 10 kilometers. But still, city or countryside, any area around a grocery store is very safe to park during the day.
Wz xpectin yer bike 2b gone when ye returned.
Twld b in ireland
It was locked, so I wasn't worried.
@@PaulvanGulik god bless yer innocence.i use 2 krypton ite locks on my ebike.admittedly it's worth as much as a bad car,but I ain't taking no chances
E-bikes are far more popular to steal. Regular bikes like this, not so much. Plus it's right outside a store, in a very high traffic area, with plenty of other bikes. There is absolutely zero risk to leave it for a few minutes, or even a few hours. I wouldn't leave it overnight without an additional lock, but during the day, I don't even hesitate. Where do you guys live that you can't even leave your bike for a few minutes?
@@PaulvanGulik agreed
Ebikes are v expensive and tempting for thieves.a bit of a downside not being able to leave it un supervised for too long.i park mine in a s market car park locked to a railing outside the door and under a camera.i use it mostly for grocery fetching and the odd pizza run.i live in a small town in rural ireland.i would not consider leaving it while I got a few drinks in the pub.the bike lock areas are in secluded side of buildings in the dark.not good.
One of the reasons I never bothered with an E-bike. I'm perfectly capable of pedaling, so I don't need one. And if you don't need one, regular bikes are just a lot cheaper, and less of a headache in general
