In this video, I'm giving my own thoughts on the music video for the Eurovision song contest 2023 from Israel.
They chose Noa Kirel with the song Unicorn.
I have a ranking system for the songs: performance, song, and vocals.
The higher someone scores on all these categories, the better.
Points will be given based on a score of 5. 0 is really bad, and 5 is excellent.

I think Unicorn is the most current entry of them all. Its very unique and interesting. Its aimed for the young generation but then again, you seem to dislike it...very strange. She's my #1 at the moment with France right at #2
Not really my taste but I'm also not really into Olivia Rodrigo or Dua Lipa. I don't dislike it, it's just not my favourite.
At first I thought it was crap and I'm 53 with much music of all kinds gathered in my head throughout the years. But, man, was I wrong. The man behind the song is a genius, production is top notch and that lady is a diva by all means. This song, mark my words, will break out of the ESC and go up the Pop charts all over Europe and the USA. I have no doubt anymore, I have started eating my hat, you would, too.
The performance was amazing.
Apparently the unicorn is Israel, it does make more sense with that context. It just feels like a few different songs smushed together and I don't get the dance break at all. It's just odd to me, it seems quite overrated to me (though that isn't my answer to your question!)
I have to put Ukraine 2022 as my most overrated. I feel that its score reflected the feelings of people about what was going on in Ukraine, rather than the song itself. Not saying it was a bad song but the support voting completely impacted on any sort of accurate scoring for other countries so I have to say it's my most overrated.
Song is Friend of a Friend. Chech Republic. Maybe 2019? Don't remember the band's name.
Yes it is a little overrated imo Israël. Ukraine is fair. It was kind of like Shum but worse yet scored better due to the situation. And won't spoil but will add It to the scoreboard.

It seems to me that you just want Sweden to win, so it's hard for you to accept that Israel has the best song this year, and also the most beautiful and talented singer! Israel's song is the best this year, after listening to it 3 times I understood the message and the song really flowed to me and today I listen to it on loop

This is all after my first listen so everything can change after a second of third listen which I will do. I will make a top after listening to all the songs for a second time. Israël didn't do it for me the first listen. It has nothing to do with Sweden because even then it would still be 2nd or third but it isn't.
