And make sure to follow them on UA-cam and Instagram if you don't already too!
Please tell them The Fanatical Dragon sent you!
THANKS FOR WATCHING and GOOD LUCK TO ALL WHO ENTER!! - Розваги
Good luck to anyone entering! I've already purchased it, can't wait to watch it 🤩. Dragon, will you do an unboxing vid?
Good stuff mate, I have the old Australian Eastern Eye DVD release of this, but will be ordering the Bluray from Chamelion. I actually bought Paradox a while back but am yet to watch it, so this is probably the only Soi Cheang movie I have ever seen. I don't want to be entered into the give away as I'm in Australia and it is easy enough for me to get, you are best off giving it to someone overseas. Good luck to everyone.
I really like Paradox, that was a nice rollercoaster ride. It was refreshing for a HK movie. I was not aware of this boutique label, so thanks for sharing. If they could release a premium of The Mission or Vengeance (To), that would be cool.
Definitely more Johnnie To. Been enjoying all their Johnnie To releases so far. The Mission, Drug War and A Hero Never Dies, perhaps? Anyway, this looks like a cool release. Cheers.
I'd like to enter please. My favourite Soi Cheang film is SPL 2, that 3-way fight between Tony Jaa, Wu Jing and Max Zhang is epic. I'd love to see Chameleon release Fulltime Killer, The Eye or the Overheard films. Thanks for this opportunity!
I never seen a Soi Cheang movie either. I can't wait to see walled in. Motorway looks cool too Anthony Wong is 👍🏻👍🏻
Walled In is INCREDIBLE!! You’re gonna love it mate, have my review for it coming this weekend. Saw it a few nights ago. Best new HK movie I’ve seen in decades.
Looks like I haven't seen a Soi Cheang movie and I love Anthony Wong, so this would be a good place to start. Would like to see some Jackie Cheung on blu ray.
I would love to enter the giveaway away! My favorite Soi Cheang film is easily LIMBO but having just watched Twilight of the Warriors, it’s a close call!
My favourite Soi Cheang film is Limbo. I would like to see Chameleon release Soi Cheang's Accident or the Japanese film Linda, Linda, Linda.
Actually never heard of Motorway which is crazy because I love all Anthony Wong movies!
Not the best Soi Cheang but I think the one I remember most, because it was the first HK movie I ever imported, was Dog Bite Dog with Sam Lee. Still holds up IMO.
Oh man, I'd love to let you know what I think. The only Soi Cheang movie I watched was LOVE BATTLEFIELD, as a teenager, many years ago. And it was outstanding for me, but I was too young to fully appreciate, though. So it would be cool to revisit some of his movies in my 40s now. But as a 80s/90s HK movie fan I'd also love to see some early Johnnie To on Blu Ray soon. LOVING YOU would be great.
My favourite Soi Cheang film is 'Limbo', though 'Motorway' was one of my highlights of the 2013 edition of the Edinburgh Film Festival that I attended. Would love a chance to see it again and own it.
I really enjoy paradox coz it has a good story and some great fight action from sammo hung
My favourite Cheang Pou-soi movie is Limbo. But I have not seen all he's movies.
I'd love more Soi Cheung movies from them, loved Limbo. Because it's apparently impossible to get rights to John Woo stuff, how about the On Fire series from Ringo Lam?
Id like to see them release MAD DETECTIVE, as the eureka release is now long out of print.
My favourite Soi Cheung movie is SPL2. I’d like to see Johnnie To’s The Mission get a Chameleon release
Aww only just ordered this 😊
As for your request, Johnnie To! Johnnie To! Johnnie To! 😀
I'll be honest I'm pretty new to Soi Cheang, really looking forward to watching 'Walled in' 😊.
For a suggestion for a future Chameleon Films title, I'll have to go with Beast Cops as I wish for more Anthony Wong in my collection 😎.
More Soi Chiang and Johnnie To films should be more appreciated for Chameleon Films, and so far I think Limbo is my favourite of Soi Cheang’s but his films I have seen so far did not disappoint me including Motorway (Hong Kong reminiscent to The Driver but with Initial D vibes). Honestly I really want to see Trivisa to be released by Chameleon at some point (an excellent tale of three notorious gangsters in Hong Kong, one of them also portrayed by Gordon Lam from Limbo, made by three young filmmakers as their debut works).
More JTo! But this looks awesome
I hope Chameleon can crack the problem on what is possibly the greatest Holy Grail in Hong Kong physical media releases that is John Woo’s Hard Boiled remastered in 4K UHD. I will pledge my eternal loyalty to Chameleon if that happens. There will be Chameleon shrines, sacrificial offerings and many bank-breaking purchases involved.
Never seen a Soi Cheang movie :( Chameleon should release... Linda Linda Linda.
That's a great choice!! Bae Donna rocks!
I'd like to enter the giveaway. My favorite Soi Cheang movie is actually Motorway but so far i believe it's the only one I've seen 🤣 But i like it alot. Id like to see Chameleon release the movies The Mission & Vengeance since they've released Exiled it would be nice to get the other two films in Johnnie To"s gunplay trilogy. Thanks as always Dragon 👍😎
Excellent choices! Thanks for entering!
That price, though… but it does look nice. I remember liking the film; it’s unique for a HK film.
Throw in an entry mate, you may win and it’ll cost you nowt more than a few mins of your time ;)
What a cracking competition. I honestly don't think I've ever seen a Soi Cheang film, but I've been checking his stuff out online, and some of those titles look incredible. Maybe Chameleon will release some more 😁 Or possibly more Johnnie To, or even some Benny Chan that no-one else has put out. I'd be happy with more Japanese films, as long as Third Window don't do the same ones. It's the only reason I haven't yet got Summer Time Machine Blues from Chameleon, yet. Yet 😁
Congratulations Paul! You're the WINNER!! Message me your address via Instagram or email me using the link on the youtube page and i'll get the disc in the post to you!
@@TheFanaticalDragon Wahoo! Thank you so much! Absolutely stoked. Can't wait to see this. Will message now.
I would like Chameleon to release an awesome Collector’s Edition of I Saw the Devil (2010) on Blu-ray.
Great movie! but that’s already been released in Australia by Umbrella Films. They have the AU rights to it, try again with another title mate!
No chance of that, Umbrella not long ago released 2 different editions here in Australia so I would say they hold the rights to it in Aus.
Never seen that movie, look interesting, will have to check it out, I'll see if I win first. LOL
lol, You’ll have to enter first to be in with a chance of winning mate. Read the description or watch the video. You didn’t answer the question I set for the competition:)
Highly unlikely but how about The Killer (1989) or Hard Boiled (1992). Both movies are long overdue a new up-to-date Remaster imo.
Both impossible mate. The rights are held by a company who refuse to license them out individually, want to sell them amongst a huge batch of other movies and are asking such a ludicrous amount that no boutique label will ever be able to afford to pay. Third and final guess?
