Thank you Robin, for sharing this. I always say, if you have never had a baby Thai coconut, you haven’t lived! Haha. This is one of my very favorite foods. There are many many people who have never even seen or heard of these coconuts. Unlike the ordinary brown coconuts, these are like the Ferrari of coconuts 😂❤️ They are so damn amazing in taste and texture! This is probably the reason for my weight gain, I eat at least 8 a week. I am so addicted to these coconuts. To top it off, as if my coconut addiction wasnt bad enough, this entire last month, the dollar store has gotten large shipments of these exact coconuts. The same brand as the one you have, which isn’t cheap usually!y local dollar store has them for a buck! Which is a total steal. I bought 25 of them😭😭😭i too am going to make a video on Thai coconuts! So I thank you for sharing this lovely beautiful treat!

Omg, I really can find anything on UA-cam. Thanks for uploading this video. I bought young coconuts today at our local grocery even if I didn’t have a clue how I’m gonna open them. I used to just order them in a restaurant already opened for us. I tried figuring it out myself first, I was poking the top with a tip of a knife, then I realized it’s not gonna happen that way. Then I thought, let me check UA-cam on “How to Open a Coconut” 😁

The phenol compounds are safe and nutritious and act as an antioxidant. So, it is safe to drink pink coconut water as it is merely an oxidation process, much like when an apple turns brown when sliced open and exposed to oxygen.

Yahoo! Thanks for the tutorial on the coconut! I'm on a food sensitivities program, and today's new food, you guessed it -- coconut! I bought my young thai coconut yesterday at the health food store and have it staring back at me on the counter. Thankfully, I now know what to do to get trying it out, and hoping the world of coconut will be open to me after today. The possibilities are endless with this one food, so I hope it goes well today. Wish me luck! I subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to some Paleo recipes. It's as close as to what fits with the foods in my new plan. Great job!

I love coconut anything! Thanks Robyn for a great tutorial on how to open these up as they can be difficult to do. You got heaps of coconut water from that one. Yum. Xo
