Small but well thought and well designed and the price is reasonable. Hindi yung feeling mo na highway hold-up ka. Yung kusina is actually napakaspacious, hindi claustrophobic.

Why all homebuilders never mentioned prices even not exactly the accurate price just tell more or less so we hv the hints how much we save to buy this kind of house..just simple advise to all..godbless..

Where is their profit if they will disclose that price-changing information and lose the opportunity to sell their finished product?_
In all fairness, i think the reason why they did not fully disclose the total amount of each houses they made simply because of some contributing factors like the cost of materials varies every now and then, land cost/ market value increases especially if the place is being developed as time goes by and of course labor cost .. those are some factors to be considered... :) :) :)

I like the living room area... but not the stairs... not the kitchen tables..and the Rooms on second floor.. the exterior design is good.. But I feel I couldn't breathe on second floor there is no lights and colors to feel comfortable.

I watched a lot of videos of newly built houses, and this is far my favorite. I am a nature lover and this house has all the colors that represent nature like the wood , bamboos, all those different colors of stones and that entry wall with stones wow!!. Considering this house measurement is not that big, but the layout, the designs, all those storage cabinets and the colors that you guys used, it made it look big. Cost of the project would be nice. Thanks for this video. Beautifully done.
Maganda design netong bahay kahit maliit lang, almost everything is functional and not built just for aesthetics lang. Madaming bahay kasi yung malaki pero hindi ko type yung design kasi maraming space yung nasasayang just for aesthetics. Medyo malapit na to sa bahay na gusto ko ipagawa para sa mom ko. Big modification ko will be yung master's BR na dapat nasa ground flr kasi nga gusto ko good for old people yung bahay, so kahit standard 2BR na lang sa 2nd flr na para saming mga anak na bumibisita. Plus if kakayanin ng budget gawing 150-170flr area. Sana mapag ipunan ko. 🥺🙏🏼🙏🏼 Btw, kudos to the host and his team po. Maganda presentation ng bahay. Wow it’s nice. Clean and so polido. It’s unusual for modern houses in the Philippines to be polido. Usually u notice the singit in the counter kitchen and even bathroom are sloppily done. Well done!
I just wish there's 1 bedroom on the ground floor, small maid's quarter and master bedroom with its own t&b and it'll be perfect 👌❤️ still a very beautiful house. Very close to my ideal house 😊
