Very nice house and no neighbours next door,not like the neighbours opposite me quezon city whom are selling their house thank god,very noisy indeed with their dogs all ten of them,especially the dog of owners boyfriend yapping morning till night.how the hell they will manage to sell that house with dogs in every room.if i was a perspective buyer viewing that house,i would walk away,very unhygenic.greenview executive village west fairview quezon city,hope the owner sees this and comes to their senses and remove dogs inorder to sell house🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The exterior of the house is very beautiful and I love the furnitures & all but the bedroom sizes are very small. Btw, the background music is very distracting imbes mag-focus ako sa sinasabi ng host, nawawala na lang ako ng track sa sinasabi dahil sa bgm.

The furnishings are truly very generous and the finishings are fine, its just that at 47 million they could have at least put seperate bathrooms on those 2 bedrooms on the second floor, or at least they could have designed it in a way that only the 2 bedrooms would have access on that shared bathroom. Great presentation Ms. Apple Grace as always.

Sealy yung Mattress na pinakita ni Apple. Mamahalin nga sya for a Foam bed. And it’s really good quality, naka lay down na ako sa isa. Hindi mo pwede ikumpara ang mga local brands. Very Professional and Articulate din ang nag assist, try nyo pumunta sa Shangri-la Plaza mall and you’ll see!

When they say “fully furnished”, does that mean that aside from the price of the house, you are paying also for the furniture on top of that? What if you only want to pay for the house?

It’s just in the Philippines where the owners try to sell their old furniture together with the house because the owner donesn’t want to deal with it anymore. Unfortunately a lot of people in PH don’t know that you are not obliged to buy the furniture, and some don’t know how to negotiate. 😊
One thing I learned from my dad is learn to do your due diligence most specially when it comes to buying a property.
@@humpyymupy that's true. I have seen quite a few house tours in this channel that includes their paintings in the sale of the house and if I would be buying that house, I'd rather not take that painting, especially that some of the paintings cost more than 50k, additional payment to the house.
however, there are some fully/semi furnished houses being sold that is added by the seller which are not necessarily second hand. Sometimes, furnishings are included in the building of the house.
