The fact that It does detect some malware could mean that the developers are taking It more seriously. The older versión was basically a trash software with the recolored versión of Super Why

There's also Baidu antivirus. Idk about other countries but it was a big meme on Brazil back in 2014. It sucked so much it was discontinued in 2015.
Baidu also had a PC booster, 2 web browsers (which were basically the same) and a app store
