    Can butter be omitted and will it still work without using it? Please answer

    • @recipesfeast
      @recipesfeast  2 роки тому

      Yes you can skip butter. ganache will be the same. Only difference will be the shiny texture, butter gives shine to the ganache.

    Can we use desi ghee instead of butter?

    • @recipesfeast
      @recipesfeast  7 днів тому +1

      No, dear, please don't use desi ghee. It has a strong, unpleasant smell that won't complement the taste of the ganache.

      This ganche is thick, if you want to use it for donuts reduce the quantity of cornflour and make a runny ganache.

      It thickens really quickly; when it starts to simmer, it thickens within 3-4 minutes.

    • @recipesfeast
      @recipesfeast  Місяць тому

      Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and in the freezer for up to 2 months. When you're ready to use it, simply thaw the ganache in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for a few hours.
