Ingredients
Mash Daal (Urad Daal): 250 gms (boiled)
Oil: ¼ cup
Onion: 1 large
Black Cardamom: 1
Cinnamon stick: 1 small
Chicken (boneless): ½ kg
Garlic & Green chillies paste: 2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Red chilli pwd: 1 tsp
Coriander pwd: 1 tsp
Turmeric: ½ tsp
Water: as req
Tomatoes: 2 blended with some water
Garam masala: ½ tsp
Fresh Coriander
Green chillies (chopped)

Yes you can skip butter. ganache will be the same. Only difference will be the shiny texture, butter gives shine to the ganache.
