You can cook them straight from frozen, no need to thaw. Cook for 5 min at 400F, that should defrost them, then add spices as proceed with video instructions

Emeril Lagasse 4 qt air fryer from Target. I got it 4 years ago though and they discontinued this model

Great job. Next time measure spices into container, mix and sprinkle over food. Pouring from large containers is very inaccurate and risky.
