      How do you get the turkey the way it is in the beginning. I feel like you missed like 3 steps. I know how to clean meat but they look partially cooked in the pan. I bought turkey pieces. Ive made this recipe before and used smoke turkey but i didn't like it with the smoked turkey. The calaloo came out tasting delicious and the sauce was incredible with the white rice. Also, is it acceptable to eat calaloo with white rice and sos pwa blan? Just curious

      DV 8 i think it’s to brown the meat. You don’t want the mest to look colorless

    I recently bought some okra and broke it in half and hear the popping sound and also notice big seeds. What do I do to get to become flexible and soft?

    • @IslandVibeCooking
      @IslandVibeCooking  5 років тому

      Once its cooked it becomes soft and the seeds inside are edible when cooked
