  • Hey Guys! Here's Another Great Recipe From My Kitchen To Yours.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    RECIPE:
    1 Roma tomato
    1/2 onion sliced up
    bell peppers
    thyme
    1 1/2 Tablespoon tomato paste
    1 Tablespoon Haitian seasoning ( Epis)
    1 tsp of fresh lime juice
    2 tablespoon of olive oil
    1/2 a Maggie cube
    1-2 cups of water ( I used 2 cups)

      Minced garlic and Maggie cubes, I use the powdered Maggie and I sautéed it till it's brown then add the tomatoes and the paste

    Nice video just a suggestion when you make vegetarian meals please don't use animal stocks it defeats the whole purpose of making the meal meatless

    Not a meatless sauce if you add Maggi chicken boullion cubes.... 😕. This is mislabeled.

      TawannaPatrice it's still meatless, it just ain't a truly vegan sauce to use, but you can just use something like a 2 teaspoons of complete seasoning

    Great Video! What do you recommend as an alternative for the Maggi? (Since I don't eat meat, I wouldn't want to add chicken bouillon lol)

      LOL...Thank you love! you can brown the ground beef then add the onions and bell peppers to Sautee them. For the ham I would just cut them in cubes and add them as you mix the macaroni in. Hope I was able to help

    What would you suggest as a replacement for the Maggi cube for vegans? Can it just be left out? Add more salt?

      Not Chick-N bouillon cubes. They're organic and you can get them at Sprout's or Whole Foods. Best substitute EVER.

    Should I let it cook longer if I want to make the sauce thicker? or do I add butter?

      let it simmer more for a thicker gravy and you can definitely add butter if you wish. Mine is not as thick, because I was going to add meatballs to it. Thank you for watching!

    Was the stove on medium to high heat the entire time or did you ever lower the temperature such as when you covered the sauce to let it simmer?
