RECIPE:
1 Roma tomato
1/2 onion sliced up
bell peppers
thyme
1 1/2 Tablespoon tomato paste
1 Tablespoon Haitian seasoning ( Epis)
1 tsp of fresh lime juice
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 a Maggie cube
1-2 cups of water ( I used 2 cups)

Minced garlic and Maggie cubes, I use the powdered Maggie and I sautéed it till it's brown then add the tomatoes and the paste

Maggi is meat not vegetarian
Not a meatless sauce if you add Maggi chicken boullion cubes.... 😕. This is mislabeled.
TawannaPatrice it's still meatless, it just ain't a truly vegan sauce to use, but you can just use something like a 2 teaspoons of complete seasoning

LOL...Thank you love! you can brown the ground beef then add the onions and bell peppers to Sautee them. For the ham I would just cut them in cubes and add them as you mix the macaroni in. Hope I was able to help

What would you suggest as a replacement for the Maggi cube for vegans? Can it just be left out? Add more salt?
Not Chick-N bouillon cubes. They're organic and you can get them at Sprout's or Whole Foods. Best substitute EVER.
What can u substitute the cube Maggie with that is safer?

Should I let it cook longer if I want to make the sauce thicker? or do I add butter?
let it simmer more for a thicker gravy and you can definitely add butter if you wish. Mine is not as thick, because I was going to add meatballs to it. Thank you for watching!
